Welding Tractor (Model: M-506)

Root welding:

Hot welding:
Hot welding adopts high-speed pulse vertical downward welding
Technical features:
- Deep molten depth, high speed, no edge biting, almost no spatter welding
- Suitable for 1.0 1.2, 1.6 solid core and flux cored welding wires, arc burns stably in low current welding
- High speed pulses automatically form compressed arcs with high currents, resulting in greater melting depth; The groove can be changed from the traditional 60 ° to 30 ° or 40 °, greatly improving welding production efficiency and reducing costs.
- In high current (such as 300A)welding, the penetration depth of high-speed pulse welding is 33% deeper than that of CO2 DC welding; and 45%deeper than argon-rich (80% Ar+20% CO2) welding;
- In high current (such as 300A)welding, the speed of high-speed pulse welding is 30% faster thanthat of CO2 DC welding.
- When welding with flux cored wire, the penetration depth can be deeper; arc stirring effect can be strengthened to further avoid slag inclusion and pores. At the same time, in low current welding, arc burns more stable, and there is no droplet balls at the end of wire.
Fill welding:
Filler welding adopts high-speed pulse vertical downward welding, with high welding speed, good fusion, and low heat input.

- The weld seamwill be U-shaped, which is beneficial for quality control of the next weld seam
Cover welding:
Cover welding adopts high-speed pulse vertical upward welding or root welding.
