Technical Features:

  1. The inverter welder has such functions as deep penetration, high speed, no undercut, almost no spatter
  2. Suitable for 0.8,1.0,1.2,1.6mm solid/flux-cored wire, arc burns stable in small current, can weld stably with 1.2mmm wire and 50A current
  3. With hi-speed pulse, big current automatically forms the compressed arc, deeper penetration, the groove can narrow from the traditional 60°to 30°or 40°, thus greatly increase the productivity and reduce the cost
  4. In big curret welding (300A), the moten depth of hi-speed welding is 33% deeper than the general DC welding, and 45% deeper than the 80%Ar+20%CO2welding
  5. In big curret welding (300A),the speed of the inverter welder is about 30% higher than the general DC welding
  6. The inverter welder can take the place of TIG bottom welding, and its speed is 3-4 times of the general TIG welding
  7. In flux-cored wire feeder, the penetration will be deeper, strengthen arc stir, to further avoid slag and pore. Arc burns stable with flux-cored wire and small current, no slag drop ball at the end of the wire when burning
  8. In spot welding, broken-arc welding (arc-extinction welding) can form automatically, few spatter, ripple is clear and beautiful
  9. In double-pulse welding, high speed, beautiful seam, clear ripple, weak and strong pulse covert quickly, arc sounds clearly
  10. While welding stainless steel sheet, if the temperature is too high, chromium and carbon will be precipitated. Then the quality of weld may be not well. If the temperature is too low, the welding meat may not melt well, and the slow fluidity of the welding meat will cause the weld quality. With the high-speed pulse or high-speed double pulse, heat input can be accurately controlled. Therefore, we can realize high-quality welding of the stainless steel.
