Technical Features:

①Thick wire ahead thin-wire-following big penetration welding

  1. The front wire starts arc while touching the workpiece and the rear wire doesn’t need to touch workpiecs

Automatically according to the proportion of 2:1

  3. The distance between the front and rear wires is 3-6mm, the front wire increases the penetration depth, and the rear wire increases the molten width
  4. It can replace double wire double arc submerged arc welding

③Efficient surfacing of the same thick wire (for surfacing, a special surfacing control box is required)
