The MZE-2500 inverter AC/DC submerged arc welding machine adopts IGBT module full bridge soft switching inverter technology. One MZE-2500 can achieve single-arc double-wire AC submerged arc welding, making it an ideal equipment for welding various medium and thick plate metals with ultra-high strength steel, nickel steel, and low heat input requirements. The core technology of this machine is the simultaneous welding of two DC thick wires with a single arc in a molten pool, one in front and one behind. Through DSP digital fine control, the two DC thick wires do not affect or interfere with each other, and the currents of the two welding wires can be set separately.
When a single MZE-2500 inverter AC/DC submerged arc welding machine is combined with an MZ7-1600 inverter DC submerged arc welding machine to form a three-wire three-arc automatic submerged arc welding machine, the first wire is a DC power supply welding wire with deep penetration and strong penetration force on the steel plate, the second AC power supply welding wire is used to increase the amount of metal deposition and filling, and the third AC power supply welding wire is used to increase the amount of metal deposition and cover the surface.
With the increasing thickness of welded plates and the continuous development of high-strength steel, the requirements for welding processes are becoming higher and higher, which puts forward higher requirements for further improving welding efficiency.
