The G-type deep penetration pulse welding machine is a further electromagnetic compression arc welding machine based on high-speed pulse welding machine. When the arc is compressed, the arc density is higher, the arc is more concentrated, and the arc is more straight to achieve greater penetration, which is conducive to welding medium thick plates. The welding speed is faster and the heat input is low. Especially when using 1.6mm or more welding wire for high current welding, the matching power supply is larger. If using 1.6mm solid core welding wire, the welding current is 300A, and the matching voltage can be 28V, which is very useful for metals with high heat input requirements.
The model we developed using deep penetration pulse welding: NBC-800SS welding machine (deep penetration pulse single arc double wire welding machine), can match low voltage welding with double 1.0, double 1.2, and double 1.6 welding wires.
