    The RSN7 series of IGBT stud welding machine is a new-type welder our company independently developed in line with the national condition of China after absorbing the features and functions of international and domestic similar products. It is in the leading position in China and has reached the international level in the main technical index and welding performance.

   

Adopting the latest big power IGBT switch-off and the HF transformer instead of the power frequency transformer used in the traditional welder, the series of inverter stud welder is featured as high efficiency, small no-load consumption, welding current stable, energy saving and material saving, etc.

It can realize the quick welding to stud of almost all materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper and aluminum, etc. In addition, the welding seam is also solid and reliable with little workpiece distortion. With it, we needn’t do the bothersome drilling, tapping, bolt screwing or rivet joint anymore. In addition, it can reduce thee dust, arc and noise, and optimize the working condition.
